What is a Microorganism? A Microorganism to me is tiny (micro) living thing that is sometimes all around us. they are also a little bit like us they can do some similar things that we can do like, they respond to there surroundings, they can also adapt to their surroundings.
PROTIST Protist is a big part of oxygen. Also as my Teacher/Mr. Weaselly says "Protist is a hot mess." He also says "it is basically a group of everything that doesn't exactly go into any of the other groups." I think that it is just a misc. pile of all sorts of things. Good phytoplankton is one of the sole food sources for whales
Bad it creates red tide which are huge blooms of tocis which kills fish
Viruses They are the most abundant biologically entity on the Earth They can copy themselves without even being alive Basically they suck ...case closed
In my class we learned about 4 different types of microorganism . One of the types is Fungi, Fungi are decomposes, That they are not like plants because they get their food food from eating tiny tiny bugs. The estimated amount of Fungi is 1.5 million different species.
Good Bad it can kill bacteria it can kill you
Eu bacteria / Archaebacteria These two groups are sorda the same thing but I think that these are the biggest ones. First the Eu bacteria, they are microscopic organisms which means that you cant to see them with your naked eye. They are possibly the most common organism out of all of them. They have tails that they use to move with called flagelia. Now on to Archaebacteria we didn't find it until 1983, they are so amazing because they can live in extreme environments. They aren't like other microorganisms because it will die of it is in oxygen. It also is special because it has a nucleause.
Good Bacteria is one of the main ingredients in food
